Speaking Engagements

For more than a decade Mr. Miskowski has lectured and been a keynote speaker for judges, attorneys and court personnel through the New Jersey State Bar, Institute of Continuing Legal Education, on Adoption.

He has provided legal and policy services to the State Division of Youth and Family Services and testified before the New Jersey State Assembly Advisory Council on Women. He spoke before various organizations including hospital administrators, social workers, adoption support groups, agencies and legislative officials and lectured at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

He was a founding member and a former Trustee of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys.

He appeared and served as a contributing correspondent on adoption issues for Fox News TV, (WNYW) New York.

He was appointed and served on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), Judiciary Committee for several years which governs commodity trading in New York.
